Small Volume Gradiflow NuSep is developing small-scale Gradiflow™ instruments for novel separations. These devices can process volumes of between 100 – 400 uL. The main applications include: pre fractionation of small samples for proteomics (product MF-10) and sperm cell separation for the IVF market (product CS-10).
Disposable Products for the BF400
The BF400 was developed and sold by Life Therapeutics. NuSep manufactures and supplies replacement, single use BF400 membrane cartirdges. Cartridges come in a range of configurations, designed either for specific applications or as standard nominal MWCO for protein prefractionation or protein purification process design.
